“Texas Money” hangs behind Kayce Dutton’s (Luke Grimes’) desk at the Livestock office.
Television and film productions often make reproductions of originals to protect the originals from frequent handling and movie mishaps. In this case, giclees were made from the original oil paintings. That’s how you can see the paintings on Yellowstone every week, but still hang the originals in your own ranch.
Interestingly, the reproduction in Kayce’s office was made to a different overall size than the original from which it was produced. No doubt the set decorators had their reasons.
